Kælderen 13 will always strive to find a flexible solution, but booking fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.
If canceled four months before the event, no further payment of the booked event will be required and you will be released of those payments.
After the four months, the event can be canceled up to 14 days prior. This requires a payment of 70% of the agreed total amount for the event.
However, reservations are made for additional purchases such as entertainment, videographer, etc. which cannot be canceled at time of cancellation.
